Grants and Fellowships for Learning & Teaching Continue in 2012
Senator the Hon Chris Evans has announced the establishment of the Office for Learning and Teaching (OLT) to support learning and teaching in higher education. The Office for Learning and Teaching has funding of $50 million over four years to promote excellence in higher education learning and teaching.
The Minister has accepted the 17 recommendations of the review conducted by Alison Johns of the Higher Education Funding Council for England.
A Strategic Advisory Committee will provide guidance and advice to the Minister to help shape the strategic directions of the Office for Learning and Teaching and to set priorities for the grants and fellowship schemes.

SPARKPLUS Workshop
Self and peer assessment tools for the assessment of teaching awards and citations processes.

Dr Keith Willey will present on the use of SPARKPLUS - self and peer assessment tools for the assessment of teaching awards and citations processes. The presentation will also cover the use of Spark for dealing with the other issues of assessment, formative and summative in group work.
